Kids Training is a fun and engaging workout program designed for healthy children to stay active safely.

Sessions focus on improving mobility and energy expenditure, combining — but not limited to — functional exercises, football, kickboxing, boxing, and playful activities.

All exercises are supervised and adapted to each child’s age and developmental level, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and effective way to build fitness, coordination, and confidence.
