WHAT IS KICKBOXING?
Kickboxing is a dynamic sport that blends punches, kicks, and movement techniques from boxing and martial arts. While it can be practiced competitively, my classes focus on the fitness side of kickboxing — offering a full-body workout that improves strength, cardio, coordination, and confidence.
